Timothy Wright is one of Northern California's premier plaintiff trial lawyers representing victims of personal injury. As a former Insurance Company attorney for several major insurers, Mr. Wright saw first hand how poorly accident victims were treated by the insurance companies and their lawyers hired to defend negligent people. As a lawyer for the insurance companies in Sacramento and Placer County, Mr. Wright learned the tactics and strategies employed by insurance companies to defeat personal injury claims.

Mr. Wright has previously worked as legal counsel for many of the major insurance companies. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, The American Association for Justice, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association as well as a member of the Sacramento, Placer County, and California Bar Associations. Mr. Wright is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, has studied under current sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
